Multidiscipline property and construction consultancy Ridge and Partners LLP (Ridge) has moved into Rhodium on Blythe Valley Park.

Having grown its Birmingham team from 70 to 90 people in 2022, the business has doubled its office space to accommodate further growth and provide a modern, flexible working environment for its team and clients.

The new office has undergone a major fit out to create a variety of work and breakout spaces that promote collaboration, hybrid working and wellbeing.

Ian Ravenhall, Partner at Ridge, said: “Our fantastic new office allows us to better service clients across the Midlands and continue our incredible growth. We’ve worked closely with colleagues to create a space that promotes cross-discipline collaboration while introducing new facilities that support their health and wellbeing, not least the 122-acre country park at Blythe Valley.

“By investing in our people, spaces, and the services that we offer, we’ve built a reputation as one of the region’s leading property and construction consultancies.”

The move marks a significant investment in the region, supporting growth in sectors such as education, residential and regeneration. Locally, Ridge is providing an array of services for major projects including the extension of the West Midlands Metro, the regeneration of Smithfield in Birmingham, Aston University’s campus masterplan, multidisciplinary work for Jaguar Land Rover, and the second development phase for the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre (UKBIC) in Coventry.
