We know how important wellbeing is to our community. It’s often the reason why so many of our community have moved to Blythe Valley Park, to enjoy the benefits of being surrounded by 122 acres of country park and the opportunity to walk, run and cycle around our network of paths.

Now we’re stepping up our wellness classes thanks to our successful partnership with local fitness company, Tri Wellness, to include an extra yoga class and we’re introducing a new breathwork and meditation class for only £5 per session.

🌀 Dive into tranquility with our Breathwork class every Monday at 12:30pm, where you’ll harness the power of your breath to find inner peace and clarity.

🧘‍♀️ Embrace the flow and find your centre in our Flow Yoga sessions every Tuesday at 12pm, designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.

🧘‍♂️ Cultivate serenity and mindfulness with our Meditation class every Friday at 12pm, guiding you towards a deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.
