It was great to see so many taking advantage of our free events in support of Stress Awareness Month.

This year’s theme was community, something we appreciate the many benefits of at Blythe Valley Park. By spending time together and sharing our experiences we were able to support one another and reduce our stress levels.

We had Tibetan Bowl Workshop, Yoga class and a fantastic chair Massage, designed to reinvigorate and rejuvenate.
