Today is World Kindness Day 2020 – research shows that there is a link between kindness and our mental health and wellbeing. Although it’s important to practice kindness every day, the events of this year have further highlighted just how important it is to #bekind.

Through our commitment to and focus on Wellness At Work as a park, we believe it’s important that we provide our residents, visitors and occupiers with information on things that benefit and play an important role in their wellbeing – in and outside of the workplace.
