As part of our Wellness at Work scheme at Blythe Valley Park, we’ve organised some more workshops in July to help you relax this summer! Roz Kings from Present Mind will be coming to Blythe Valley Park next month to run some ‘Mindful Walks’ in the country park. To find out more & to sign up, click read more…

The mindful walks will involve Roz guiding a group of 10 people through the country park whilst also practicing mindfulness – this will involve tuning into the environment / nature, and into the sensations in your body to help focus on the present moment. Some of the physical and emotional benefits of mindful walking are: improved circulation, lower blood pressure, reduced stress, feeling more focused and the list goes on!

Each mindful walk will be 45 minutes long, on the dates and times below:

• 12.30pm – 1.15pm on Wednesday 3 July
• 12.30pm – 1.15pm on Thursday 11 July
• 12.30pm – 1.15pm on Wednesday 17 July

Please be aware, the walks will be going ahead even if it rains so make sure you have a brolly to hand just in case!

To sign up, please email emily.coombs@improperties.co.uk – but be quick, there are only 10 spaces per walk…

We hope to see you there!
