To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is sign up to our BVP Email Database (if you haven’t already) – which you can do here. • The winner will be picked randomly, this is not affected by the number of times you share the Twitter / Instagram posts.

• The prize for the winner is a Yoga & Spa Day Retreat for 2 at MADE Wellness Centre at Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat.

• The winner must decide which date they would like to book the Yoga & Spa Day Retreat by Monday 27th January at 12pm – available dates can be found here: https://www.welcometomade.com/yoga-retreat-days/. The winner will be contacted via the email address / social media account provided at 12pm on Friday 24th January 2020. Once the winner has chosen the date they would like to attend, we will pay for your retreat via MADE Wellness Centre, and provide MADE with your details to proceed further.

• Entries will only be considered if posts are shared from 6pm on Tuesday 14th January 2020 – 11.30am on Friday 27th January 2020. Any entries made outside of these dates and times will not be considered.
